Application to receive First Day Fund supplies is a simply 3 step process:

  1. Fill out all information requested on the application form.
  2. Return completed form[s] to your building principal by May 15, 2009.  We can only accept forms that have been submitted through the school district office for Springfield, Auburn, and Pawnee. 
  3. Bring the postcard you will receive in the mail to the designated distribution spot at the time indicated.

Forms are given to every student in the month of May. 

Additional forms may be downloaded from this site, (made available during the month of May each year).  

Once received by and processed by the First Day Fund, a postcard will be sent to the Parent/Guardian informing them of the date, time, and place to pick up their supplies.
